ARBOR Elixir Reiki is a gentle, holistic energy treatment that uses crystal-infused water and essential oil blends to support balance and relaxation. The session can be completely no-touch or involve very light touch with your permission, and you remain fully dressed throughout. Crystals may be used to support chakra alignment, encouraging grounding (Root), emotional flow and creativity (Sacral), confidence and digestion (Solar Plexus), compassion and connection (Heart), clear communication (Throat), intuition and clarity (Third Eye), and spiritual awareness (Crown). Reiki may help promote deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional release, clarity, and overall energetic balance.
